The ALIVE method
Neuroscience shows the necessity of using all our senses and connecting all parts of our brain, for optimal learning. That includes the limbic part of our brain, the one that humans and animals share alike and that is connected to emotions. For ten years we have been developing the ALIVE education methodology together with clients and horses. Today we educate people and organisations in authentic communication, the ability to listen, having clear intentions, being conscious of underlying values and to be efficient while handling the energy of our self and others.
The ALIVE method creates a neutral space for learning and strong drivers for a transformation to a high-performance learning organisation. Leaders and teams will instantly be able to transform their learning into daily practices. The knowledge gained from an ALIVE education will affect people at many levels, and it will create long therm healthy results performed by highly efficient transformational leaders.
With the ALIVE methodology we play down all myths about charismatic leadership, showing that leadership creating result and transformation is about dramatically ordinary aspects of leadership. It is about creating relations and working with the core of the organisations and individuals.
The ALIVE methodology is based on experiential education. It is an acknowledged and efficient way of learning new leadership and team skills, with sustainable result in a short time period. A successful organisation is a learning organisation. In a learning organisation the main part of learning is achieved through experience, creating reflections and transformation in the daily work.
In our education programs we us a permissive and inspiring communication based on coaching.
The ALIVE education is delivered in Real Time Workshops with horses, ALIVE circles or ALIVE online education.
The seven ALIVE education modules
Module 1: Introduction
The introduction module will give you an understanding for what the ALIVE leadership development training program can do for you and your organization.
Module 2: Authenticity
In this module you will develop an authentic way for information exchange. Instead of trying to make a good impression, you will experience the outcome of showing how much you really care.
Module 3: Listening Skills
Listening with all our senses requires presence. In this module you will learn how to give space and create safety, to be honest and to respond without judgements when in order to develop your listening skills.
Module 4: Intentional Presence
You are really powerful when your intentions are aligned with who you really are. With the assistance of the horse or other people you will learn to see the patterns that supports or do not support who you are or want to be.
Being aware your personal or your organizational values, is valuable tool to understand what it means to follow your inner compass, or live in integrity. In this module you will experience the power of living your values.
Module 6: Energy Management
Energy is a natural power connecting everything, In this module you will develop your energetic intelligence together with horses who are masters on energetic power, making you aware about what signals you transmit consciously or unconsciously.
Module 7: Follow up
In this last module you will develop habits that enforces continuous development.
