Why ALIVE Leadership Education works
This education is an on-the-job training

The ALIVE Leadership education contributes with a structure encouraging the participants to leave their comfort zone, and to grow. To be open, to be a learner instead of a knower and learn how to communicate authentically, listen to what is really said, show up with an intentional presence, to be aware of own and company values and to manage own and others energy.
Trust and confidence is the basis of all leadership and the best place to practice this is on-the-job. Just like any sportsman a leader needs to practice and that is why on-the-job training, in a safe environment as wells in real life is an important part of the ALIVE Leadership training.
This education is a fast track learning from leadership awareness to action
The ALIVE leadership education motivates you to step out of your comfort zone and to face the fears that surrounds you as a leader. Like the fear of failure, the fear of being alone, the fear of losing control, the fear of being together, the fear of being present and the fear of being vulnerable. Being aware of fear and all other emotions that drives performance and decision-making is the breakthrough in your ALIVE leadership development.
The horse is the catalyst, showing you what is best practice in your leadership and how you can meet this with your inner potentials. This is the fast track in the ALIVE Leadership education, helping you being aware of your leadership awareness. The horse is also the accelerator, speeding up your personal development process, meeting you on an emotional level, making your leadership come ALIVE fast.
Other effective ways to create awareness is through coaching and circle activities, which we use in the online education. However transmitting the same knowledge theoretically in a class room is not as efficient.

The ALIVE leadership education accesses your body, mind, and spirit to internalise what you learn.
Research in 1999 by Smolowe, Butler and Murray estimates that we remember only 20% of what we hear and 50% of what we see, but retain fully 80% of what we do. This is why activity-based or experiential education have greater sticking power and result in more systemic change in individuals than traditional-style training where students sit and receive information in a lecture style format.
